On Wednesday, February 1, The Dorrance's Chef Benjamin Sukle is preparing a three-course dinner at the Ocean House in Westerly with an hors d'oeurve and two of the courses featuring Blackbird Farm. The highlight of the evening will be NY Strip Steaks which Sukle will have aged for 60 days. Ann Marie
